While Xiaomi is busy tasting victory over a powerful company like Samsung in the global market, another smartphone company is starting to grow fast. I am talking about Realme. This smartphone brand is known as the sub-brand of Oppo. Usually, Realme makes mid-ranged smartphones. Realme smartphones are quite cheaper than any other flagship holders in the global market.
Although it emerged a couple of years ago as a sub-brand, Realme’s position in the current smartphone market is relatively strong. This post will talk about how Realme became such a popular smartphone brand within just two years. And still growing faster than any other smartphones, especially in Asia. I used a Realme smartphone, and I was inquisitive about this brand. So I’m writing this article about their success story. I’ve tried to focus on things that Realme uniquely does.

Realme Success Story
A survey by Counterpoint found that Realm sold 10 million smartphones in the third quarter of 2019 alone. Assad’s sale of this huge number of smartphones in a short period of time in the market is undoubtedly surprising to anyone. Although Realme started its journey in China and some parts of Asia, it soon reached markets like Russia, India, Bangladesh, and Europe.
The presence of almost all the smartphone brands in the world is noticeable in almost all countries. However, Realm takes this matter very seriously. Realme is reluctant to reach out to its smartphone customers through third-party sellers. That’s why Realme has officially set foot in the Bangladeshi market without raising any hype in the Indian market. Realm smartphones are currently being made in the country for the Bangladeshi market. In this way, if the smartphone brands enter each country’s market, the price of smartphones will come down.
Why is Realme Growing Much Faster than Other Companies?
Realm has delivered on its promise of delivering better quality smartphones to its customers at the same price as its competitors. Also, for another reason, Realme has been able to capture the market very well. That is, making different types of phones for different countries. In other words, the country is determined to provide smartphone features that the customer wants more.
But the funny thing is that in this competition of smartphone companies, the customers benefit the most. To stay ahead in the competition among themselves, the brands are busy in the customers’ minds by reducing the price.
Realme appeared at the door with a threatening message for Xiaomi, who has been feeding Nakanichubani to other smartphone brands in the competitive smartphone market for so long. At the same price, the phones that Xiaomi releases in the market reveal themselves as Realmy’s phone alternatives. It remains to be seen which of the two Chinese companies will advance in the competition.
My Self Experience with Realme C1
Realme C1 was one of the first phones of the Realme brand. It was the first phone of the Realme C series. I bought the brand new phone for almost 100$. The camera, overall performance was pretty good. But I had problems with the display. The display was not mild or soft for my eyes. So when I got the chance to upgrade to a better choice, I took the chance and upgraded. But overall, It was okay within the price.
No smartphone brand has been able to capture the smartphone market so fast in such a short period of time. However, Realm’s pace suggests that they have no plans to stop. Realme will soon be launching various technology-based products starting from 5 G-enabled phones. And in January 2020, they have launched their own customized android skin, known as Realme UI. Here we have two more articles about their own customized android skin.
