The OnePlus 10T has Qualcomm SM8475 Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 (4 nm) processor, mostly used in a flagship phone. To keep the flagship processor cool there is a Cryo-velocity Vapor Cooling System on the OnePlus 10T.
But, the OnePlus 10T phone is not quite expensive, and the performance is not as higher as a flagship phone. So, there was no need for a Liquid cooler on the phone.
